Shopping and Sewing

It is really hard to go to a yarn store, look and touch, and not buy something. This is my "catch" from a couple days ago. I don't know what the plan for this yarn is yet. I'm sure I'll find something.

Here is the latest Nearly Insane block. Not a lot of progress on the NI blocks because I'm painting my daughter's bedroom so I can move my sewing area in there. My thought is that if I can spread out and have more room, I will be more organized. I will keep repeating that to myself until I really believe it.

  2. Great block for your NI quilt. I'm not tempted by the yarn anymore. *s* Let me know if that more space - more organized theory works out.

I wish you luck on the organization idea. lol. I have a room but it is never big enough and right now it is a mess. But, I could probably try a little harder to keep it organized. lol. I do love having it though. I can do my thing and not bother anyone with the machine noise and my swearing. lol. Have a great afternoon.

  7. You can keep saying that until you believe it, or you can keep saying it until you take over the entire house. The latter sounds more fun, imho.

Also, don't mess up my room too much! I might actually want to come back and visit sometime. I guess if there's fabric and yarn all over the place and in my bed, at least it's squishy, so thank you for never taking up woodworking or ceramics.
