Fabric Shopping

I have had my eye on this new line of fabric by Lauren and Jessi Jung for Moda called Flora since I first saw it at The Fat Quarter Shop a couple of months ago.  I have a plan for it (really), so I went ahead and ordered it.  The UPS man brought it this afternoon.  It's even prettier in person than on the web site.

I also ordered these 2 Ruby charm packs by Bonnie and Camille for Moda.  I don't have a plan for those yet, but I know they will come in handy.

I'm still spray basting UFOs and doing some machine quilting.  I hope you're stitching, too!

Thanks for visiting!

  7. Beautiful collection! What a great package that would have been to open. Fabric in person is SO much more exciting, especially when it's yours.

  17. Hi LuAnn. Last night at my quilting group, we were discussing spray baste vs. other methods. Have you noticed if the spray baste gums up your needle at all? Any negatives so far?
