Fussy Cut Six Pointed Stars

I haven't been doing a lot of sewing lately, even though I've been busy.  Here is my latest Fussy Friday Star.  As you can see by the vine on my trellis, spring isn't here just yet.

The fabric I used in that star is Cottage Garden by Kaye England for Wilmington Prints.

Here are a few more that I made.  At this point I'm a bit behind, but I have a few more cut and ready to sew.

The fabric used in the top left star is Savannah by Jo Morton for Andover fabrics.

The other two are cut from English Pathways by Kaye England.

I hope you are finding some time to stitch today!

Thanks for stopping by for a visit!

  3. Very pretty, and, I love your blog header photos of all the EPP shapes. I remember you did a post on different glue for using while EPP, do you have a favorite now that you have done so much more ?

  4. The extra time needed for fussy cutting parts for EPP is so worth it. Your stars are fantastic! And thank you, selvage edge info. You answered a couple questions I had.
I'll echo Cheri's compliment above. Love the display of your beautiful work in the header.

  6. That is a beautiful new header!
You certainly made good use of those swirly designs (that is the technical term) in the fabric. It looks wonderful!
I love seeing the fabric from which you cut your stars. It is so interesting to see how you have used the patterns.
    Very nice work!
