Holly and Mistletoe on my Design Wall

I've started working on the applique' center panel of the Holly and Mistletoe quilt from the book When the Cold Wind Blows.  I've just gotten started; there are a lot of leaves and berries left before the center is finished.

I have all of the blocks finished and will be ready to put the top together after the applique' is finished.

I love working with Christmas fabrics.

Here is grandson, Daniel, taken this past Saturday.  He will be 2 months old in another week.

Thanks to Judy L. for hosting Design Wall Monday over at www.patchworktimes.com.

I hope you are finding some time for stitching today.

Thanks for stopping by for a visit!!!!

That is going to be an incredible quilt when you're done, beautiful. But wait look at that sweet little baby!! I can't believe he's not even 2 months old. He's going to be a football or a basketball player. What a sweetie, made me smile tonight!

The quilt is going to be lovely LuAnn. The mix of applique and piecing is nice. Cute pic of your grandson too :-) - love the ribbon blanket you made him - a great idea.

Your Christmas quilt is amazing! I keep seeing that book title pop up and I love everything in it. Guess I need to add it to my library. Your baby is precious.
