More fabric. It's all organized so it's easy to shop. All the Moda is in one place; batiks in another; Kaffe Fassett in another.
This part of Hancocks holds their extra bolts of fabric plus the racks with the pre cuts and tables with flat folds. Flat folds are one yard cuts of fabrics folded and stacked on tables.
What a store. You can shop them on line here.
Thanks for stopping by for a visit!
Have shopped there many times and also online. It's a great quilt shop.
ReplyDeleteLuAnn, I just love these little vicarious tours I get to take because you post yours. Thanks so much for these glimpses of shows and stores. You really brighten my days!
ReplyDeleteWOW! I think I would be in deep trouble!

I shop there online all the time, but what a dream-come-true to actually walk among the fabrics. Lucky you! :O)

ReplyDeleteA stop at Hancock's of Paducah was always part of our trip when we'd drive from Iowa to visit our Army son stationed at Ft. Campbell, KY. It's a wonderful store to visit, but it definitely can put a mark on the credit card balance. My DH always enjoyed the benches at the front of the store, available for fabric-weary husbands. Our last trip to the store involved two 30-yard rolls of batting coming home with us.
ReplyDeleteI've never been in any other store with complete lines of fabrics available. It's heaven on earth with a Kentucky address.
Would love to go sometime. Thanks for sharing your trip!
ReplyDeleteHancock's looks fabulous. I guess it's the equivalent of Disney World for quilters. Thanks for sharing the photos.
ReplyDeleteThanks Luann,
ReplyDeleteI´m gonna dream about this store tonight, heaven on eath for quilter ☺
Liebe Grüße
Bente
