ree up in the dining room. Yesterday we went downtown to the Indiana State Museum to listen to a Christmas concert given by the Circle City Ringers. I love listening to handbell music. My son has several hand bell pieces being published by Beckenhorst Press. The Circle City Ringers played Wizards in Winter by the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. You can hear it on my playlist in the side bar. I think any group that even attempts that piece is awesome.
The museum is all decorated for Christmas, too. This is Santa's mailbox.
This was just a nice spot where you could sit and enjoy the Christmas tree and listen to the sounds of Christmas.
There might be some time tomorrow for some stitching while I regroup. I hope so because I'm about to finish up another big project. Have a good evening.LuAnn
Looks like you are well on your way to being ready for Christmas. I just dragged the tree and two boxes of ornaments upstairs. We will put them up tomorrow after school. So you are farther along than I am.
ReplyDeletehey luann. glad you are coming along with getting ready for Christmas. you're further than me. lol. but i guess tonight will be the night we put up the tree and decorate it. i've had my living room ready since last weekend so i guess i'm as ready as i'll ever be to do it. lol. hope you get some stitching time in.

ReplyDeleteWe put up Christmas tree last Friday as our family tradition (the next day of Thanksgiving), but we have not done any outside lights yet. So you are way ahead of me too! (lol)
I love hand bell sound. It's very Christmasish too!!
